1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site sweettourmarrakech.com and the vehicle rental contracts concluded with Sweet Tour Marrakech. By making a booking, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Rental conditions

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Driving licence held for at least 2 years
• Valid identity document or passport
• Deposit taken when the vehicle is collected

3. Booking

The booking is confirmed once payment has been received or the payment method validated. A confirmation is sent by e-mail. Any incorrect information supplied at the time of booking may lead to cancellation without refund.

4. Collection and return

The vehicle is handed over at the agreed place and time. A joint condition report is drawn up at collection and at return.

Any delay in returning the vehicle of more than 30 minutes may result in an additional day being charged. Please inform the agency if something unexpected occurs.

5. Use of the vehicle

The renter undertakes to:

• Comply with the Moroccan highway code
• Not drive under the influence of alcohol or other substances
• Not sublet the vehicle
• Not use it for races, rallies or commercial transport without prior written agreement
• Not leave Morocco without prior authorisation

6. Insurance

All our vehicles are insured for third-party liability and comprehensive cover. An excess still applies in the event of damage; it can be reduced with our additional insurance options. See our Insurance policy for the details.

7. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before collection. After that:

• Between 48h and 24h before collection: 20% of the total amount retained
• Less than 24h before collection: 50% of the total amount retained
• No-show at collection: 100% of the amount retained

8. Liability

Sweet Tour Marrakech cannot be held liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle, nor for the indirect consequences of a breakdown outside our control. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, contact our assistance immediately so that a replacement solution can be arranged.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy. You retain at all times the right of access, rectification and objection.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Marrakech, Morocco, and the applicable law will be Moroccan law.

11. Changes

Sweet Tour Marrakech reserves the right to amend these terms. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of your booking.
