Plans change? Our cancellation terms are clear and free of nasty surprises. Here are the deadlines, any fees and the refund procedure.

You can change your dates, vehicle or extras free of charge, subject to availability, up to 24 h before pick-up. If the new price is higher, only the difference will be charged.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the rental is considered used and is non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. For any cancellation or change request, contact us with your booking reference.
