Plans changed? Our cancellation terms are clear and hold no nasty surprises. Here are the deadlines, any fees and the refund procedure.

You can change your dates, your vehicle or your extras free of charge, subject to availability, up to 24 h before pick-up. If the new rate is higher, only the difference is charged.
If you do not turn up without cancelling first (no-show), the rental counts as used and is not refundable.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. For any cancellation or change, contact us quoting your booking number.
